OUR INSPIRATION
When we set out to create this company, we did not know that we would be mapping out the entire pathway of the awakening journey. In fact, we started this journey as a merging of two online transformation festival companies in the midst of humanity’s biggest dark night of the soul of the last century: The Coronavirus Pandemic.
Never before had humanity been so plunged into the unknown. Isolated, spoon-fed fear-driven narratives, the world watched as we turned on one another, and then turned on ourselves, as we were forced to look at our lives without daily distractions.
As we set up zoom rooms and organized some of the most talented transformation coaches and facilitators to support thousands of stuck-at-home people across the globe, it became clear to us that this was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to reach into the darkness and share the light of hope.
As the world was plunging itself into a collective breakdown, we were striving to create a reality where people could see their own liberation was right there for the taking.
This took us deep into the hero’s journey – humanity’s universal struggle for change. We began interviewing people, listening to their unique stories of struggle and profound growth, and we began to see patterns.
First, we noticed that people seemed to follow a few different key pathways throughout the early part of their transformation. One of these is the role that a massive breakdown had in catalyzing a strong period of change.
Out of this research, we identified seven distinct stages of the journey. Each one building on core concepts of empowerment, trust and healing, from personal darkness to unified liberation. And from this we created our keystone program, Metamorphosis, which takes you through each step toward the ultimate goal of enlightenment.
Along the way, we realized that everyone who has spoken up in the personal development industry has had a part in building the content of this program. Far from creating something new, we had discovered the link between the wisdoms that could help to guide others in ways that we didn’t have.
